Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a high-performing team to support New Homes
customers in utilizing solar energy
Manage direct-to-consumer programs and builder partner
relationships for customer intake
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in
sales operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 8-10+ years of
experience, including 5+ years in solar customer service
operations
3+ years of experience in New Homes sales operations leading large
teams
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high growth
environment
Process-driven with a focus on long-term solutions
