A company is looking for a Partner to drive growth and deliver
strategic benefits solutions to employer groups.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead client acquisition and expansion in the California
market
Act as a trusted consultant to employer groups on benefits strategy
and optimization
Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure high retention
and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Benefits Broker with a track record of
generating $500k to $2M in recurring revenue
Expertise in developing long-term client relationships focused on
growth
Experience in designing customized benefits solutions for employer
groups of 50-5,000 employees
Deep knowledge of the California benefits market
Health Insurance License required
