Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory
practices
Schedule and reschedule patient appointments using a computerized
system
Document patient information and provide accurate updates to
records
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications
Ability to work in a remote environment with a stable internet
connection
Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus
