Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support
data-driven foundations and compensation planning.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain data models and analyses for compensation
planning cycles
Develop tools for program delivery and scalable analytics for
leaders and employees
Conduct performance analyses and scenario modeling to inform
long-term business strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, investment
banking, FP&A, or rewards consulting
Experience in combining and analyzing data from multiple sources
for recommendations
Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including scenario
and forecast modeling
Knowledge of equity compensation, including accounting treatments
and tax implications (nice to have)
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Stata, or similar tools (nice to
have)
