A company is looking for a Care Management Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Provides outreach to members via phone to assist with care plans
and resources
Serves as front-line support for member and provider inquiries and
concerns
Documents and maintains non-clinical member records in compliance
with regulations
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
Call center experience with a high volume of calls required
2-3 years of healthcare medical office or administrative duties
strongly preferred
Knowledge of health plan activities and resources is beneficial
