Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain the organization's Compliance
Program in partnership with the VP-Compliance
Assist in the preparation and implementation of strategic and
operating plans for the Compliance Program
Foster effective working relationships across the organization to
support a culture of compliance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in healthcare regulatory compliance, computer
science, information technology, or a related field
Five years of experience in healthcare operations and data
management
Three years of experience in managing healthcare compliance risk
activities
Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting bodies
Certifications in Risk Management, Project Management, and Six
Sigma preferred
