Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Enablement and Development
professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application software development services and technical
support for various systems including NICE and HomeSafe Connect
Assist in the technical support and implementation of NICE CXone
cloud-based Contact Center
Design and support call center configuration items and ensure
accurate delivery of work based on user requirements
Required Qualifications:
Three years of experience supporting business and customer-facing
systems
Experience in designing, scripting, and implementing systems
Strong computer skills and knowledge of general business
applications including M365
Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done
