Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inpatient Coder to perform accurate
code assignments while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate coding assignments for inpatient services
Meet client productivity targets while maintaining a coding quality
of 95% or greater
Adapt to changes in coding practices and technologies as needed
Required Qualifications
AHIMA or AAPC (CPC, CIC, COC) certification
A minimum of two years recent coding experience in an acute care
setting
Technical competency with remote-based connectivity tools
Proficiency with office software, including Outlook and Excel
Ability to maintain a committed regular schedule with reliable
attendance
