Job Description:
A company is looking for a 1099 Contractor - Diagnostics
(Remote, US).
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and synthesize data on accessing diagnostic testing
coverage from payer policies
Prepare and update comprehensive reports on diagnostic coverage
requirements for clients
Act as a subject matter expert providing insights into medical
necessity and payment complexity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Sciences,
Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Social Sciences preferred
3+ years of professional working experience in diagnostic
healthcare
Experience in precision medicine and clinical genomics is highly
valued
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite,
particularly Excel
Knowledge of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and Healthcare
Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Codes
