Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dedicated Network Specialist -
Provider Requests.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit EAP and behavioral health providers for ad hoc
contracting
Negotiate rates, confirm required credentials, and finalize
contracts for immediate access to care
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a successful
experience for the client
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Psychology, Social Work,
or a related field
2+ years of professional business experience in a healthcare or
clinical environment
Experience in Insurance, Benefits, or Human Resources preferred
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Ability to meet daily production expectations
