A company is looking for an Account Associate in Customer
Service.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and faxes while meeting
departmental KPIs
Maintain accurate records in relevant systems and escalate
complaints as necessary
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or higher
Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment
Inbound response handling and outbound calling capability
Customer account management skills in a B2B environment
Ability to develop relationships with customers
