Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Sign Language Interpreter to
support deaf and hard-of-hearing students in a virtual classroom
setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, real-time sign language interpretation for
students
Collaborate with educational staff to understand communication
needs
Utilize the online platform for managing schedules and
communication
Qualifications:
EIPA score of 3.5 or higher
Active teaching certification in the state of Colorado
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sign language interpreter in
educational settings
Ability to adapt to virtual interpreting technologies and
platforms
