Job Description:
A company is looking for a dedicated Interviewer to join their
Talent team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct -60-minute deep dive interviews with candidates who have
passed initial screenings
Prepare for interviews by reviewing candidate materials and
formulating relevant questions
Take meticulous notes during interviews and create polished
candidate briefs for the Talent team
Required Qualifications
Innate curiosity about people and their stories
Understanding of the modern professional landscape in technology,
finance, and business
Reliable access to strong phone signal and fast Wi-Fi for calls and
video meetings
Professional appearance for video calls
Bonus points for a background or training in journalism or
journalistic pursuits
