At Carbone Vino, we are seeking experienced servers to join our team in a dynamic and upscale dining environment. Our restaurant offers a unique and authentic Italian dining experience, with a vast wine cellar and an extensive menu of handmade pastas, pizzas, and signature entr--es.

### Job Summary

As a server at Carbone Vino, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and pleasant. You will work closely with the service team to maintain high standards of service, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the dining room.

### Key Responsibilities

- Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Greet and seat guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, preparation techniques, and presentation standards.

### Requirements

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a server in an upscale, high-volume restaurant.
- Previous experience in a Michelin-recognized restaurant is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent bending, pushing, and lifting.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including POS systems and software.
