Job Description:

Host Position Summary: The Host position is a vital piece to the success of Sunny's, acting as the first point of contact for guests and setting the tone for each experience, with responsibilities including maintaining reservations, overseeing the wait list, and providing excellent guest service.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate a passion for hospitality
• Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests
• Maintain the reservations book and handle incoming reservation requests
• Oversee and maintain the wait list
• Monitor and update table statuses throughout service
• Provide answers to guests questions regarding restaurant and menu information
• Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and personal appearance
• Provide constant communication to the management team regarding reservations
• Thoroughly complete setup and breakdown of each station
  • Qualifications:
  • English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 40+ lbs.
