Job Description:

Greet guests, present menus, ensure complete satisfaction, and exceed expectations as a valuable addition to our team at Vino, a new concept from Major Food Group celebrating timeless artisanship and Italy's most coveted wines.Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, inform of special catches and soups.
• Treat guests with complete satisfaction, striving to exceed expectations.
• Manage waiting lists, run floor plans, and track clean, dirty, and occupied tables.
• Quote wait times, answer phone calls, and provide menu information.
• Clean and stock menus, interact with guests, and perform other duties.Requirements:
  • Experience in high-volume, upscale restaurants preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
  • Drive to provide exceptional service, flexible full-time hours, and ability to stand/walk for 8 hours.
  • Proficient computer skills, including POS systems, OpenTable, Word, and Excel.
