We are seeking a skilled To-go Host to join our team at Jon and Vinny's Miami. As a To-go Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless takeout experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide attentive customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued
• Assist guests with takeout orders, including understanding the menu and guiding them through their order
• Lift and move boxes, bag and pack takeout orders, and run food and drinks
