At Dirty French Steakhouse - Miami, we are seeking a skilled Back Server to join our team. As a Back Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.Responsibilities:

• Attend daily pre-meal tastings to ensure the highest quality of food and service.
• Provide a friendly greeting to all guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
• Set up stations and tables prior to service, ensuring everything is in place for a seamless experience.
• Assist in clearing and setting up tables during service, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Ensure tableware is clean and in place, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Complete side duties as needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and excellence.
• Maintain the proper care and cleanliness of tableware, serving equipment, and service areas, both front and back of house.
• Maintain positive communication with service personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume and fine dining restaurants, although this is not a requirement.
  • Full-time flexible hours are required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours, bend, push, pull, and lift 50 pounds.
  • Team-oriented and positive attitude, with strong communication skills.Benefits:
