Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Policy to advocate for a
consumer-friendly financial services ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with regulators, legislators, and
key stakeholders
Drive policy analysis, regulatory engagement, and advocacy efforts
aligned with business strategy
Lead and manage the Public Policy team, including recruitment and
mentorship
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in federal policy, preferably in financial
services
Proven track record of success in advocacy and policy influence
Experience with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) or
Capitol Hill is ideal
Technical and product affinity related to business strategy and
policy
Willingness to travel (20-30%)
