Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Success Associate to provide
excellent customer service to patients.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients via various
communication channels
Assist with scheduling sessions and addressing patient inquiries
and concerns
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate
patient information
Qualifications
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; relevant healthcare
certification is a plus
3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in
healthcare
Familiarity with healthcare systems and scheduling software
Proficient in Google Suite and HelpScout (preferred)
Experience with Electronic Medical Records is preferred
