Job Description:
We are looking for a hungry, sales-heavy, go-getter with strong
communication, follow-up, and organizational skills to join our
team as an Acquisitions Specialist!! This is a Full-Time, long-term
opportunity with a ton of freedom to really build this as big as
you're driven to.
You will work with a Lead Manager in setting remote appointments.
You will be meeting directly (remotely) with sellers to understand
their motivations and how we may be able to help them solve their
problems or achieve their goals by ultimately acquiring the
property. We are ideally seeking a Real Estate Savvy professional,
with an understanding of how to run Comps and communicate
efficiently and effectively with individuals in this Hot
Market!
Responsibilities:
--- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and
stay on task until deals are closed
--- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for
information
--- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle
objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that
our team prides itself on
--- Perform analysis on property value using comps, Google Street
View, etc.
--- Phone-Based Selling - You are on the phone most of the day
talking with potential sellers
--- Must have the willingness to tackle new leads in Real Time;
Answering phones on the first ring and maintaining/growing current
lead generators (Various TV Ads, provided to the sales team \ bird
dogs, Mail-outs, Local Signs, etc.)
--- Uncover motivation and build value
--- Your work style must be a good balance between confident and
direct yet empathetic to the homeowner's situation
--- Must pay attention to the tiny details (One error could cost
thousands)
--- Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners and real estate
agents
--- Can work over the weekend if they're willing to for hot leads
during the weekends
--- Research market value comparable within the area
--- Proven track record of problem-solving and resourcefulness -
Ability to roll with the punches, quick learner
--- Be able to converse on the phone 7-8 hours per day
Qualifications:
