Responsibilities:
--- Engage with clients to understand their financial dreams and aspirations. Provide them with magical, tailored mortgage solutions that fit their unique needs
--- Guide clients through the mortgage application maze, ensuring every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed. Collect and verify essential financial documents like a pro
--- Team up with underwriters and processors to make the loan approval process swift and smooth. Keep clients updated every step of the way and celebrate every milestone
--- Be the go-to person for all client questions and concerns. Deliver exceptional service that leaves clients feeling confident and excited about their journey
--- Be ahead of mortgage regulations and ensure all applications meet federal, state, and company standards. Keep everything in top shape
--- Stay sharp on market trends, interest rates, and competitor products. Use your insights to offer clients the best and most competitive mortgage solutions

Qualifications:
--- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role in the mortgage industry
--- In-depth understanding of mortgage products, loan origination, and underwriting processes
--- Knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations
--- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team
--- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
--- Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite
--- Must have a valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license
