Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Services Associate I to
manage patient appointment communications and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Make and receive calls to remind patients of appointments and
schedule medical scans
Gather and enter accurate patient data into the computer system
during calls
Transfer calls to appropriate staff and escalate issues as
necessary
Required Qualifications and Training
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
6 months to 1 year of medical or related training and/or experience
required
Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment
required
Ability to work well with physicians, patients, and coworkers
COVID-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment
