Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor with knowledge of
first mortgage processing and familiarity with LP/DU, Fannie Mae,
and Freddie Mac.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan applications and structure loans based on Automated
Underwriting findings
Order and track required documentation to ensure timely processing
and update relevant systems
Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries or issues
promptly
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in first mortgage processing
2 years of experience with Encompass
Familiarity with Automated Underwriting systems
Understanding of appraisal, title, and purchase and sales contract
reviews
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of information
