Job Description:

A company is looking for a Stars Quality Specialist in New York.

Key Responsibilities

Impact Stars measures and activities, including Medication Adherence and quality improvement plans
Review and audit charts to ensure accurate documentation and identify performance improvement opportunities
Conduct telephonic outreach to members, providers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Understanding of Medicare Star ratings program
Experience in the healthcare industry or health insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with electronic health record systems
Bachelor's degree preferred; completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Program preferred
