Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Process Improvement to
join their Eligibility & Billing Optimization team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional projects, including
stakeholder engagement and project planning
Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and assist
in developing metrics and mitigation strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to create communication and program
strategies for successful change management
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data
analysis, engineering, or consulting
2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or
Python
2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows and
procedures
2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies like
Lean or Six Sigma
