Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Accounts Administration
Supervisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the National Account Administrator team and serve as the
first point of escalation
Maintain positive customer relationships and act as a liaison
between customers and internal stakeholders
Oversee training for the National Account Administration Team and
ensure accurate entry of sales orders
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of customer service experience
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume industrial manufacturing
environments
Competent computer skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of SAP/Baan and SalesForce is preferred
