Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Care Advocate for
after-hours support.
Key Responsibilities
Field inbound calls for assessment and triage of psychiatric and
chemical dependency patients
Manage inpatient mental health cases and coordinate transitions
between various areas of care
Participate in member crisis calls and determine the need for
additional clinical treatment sessions
Required Qualifications
Independent, Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work,
Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, OR Licensed Ph.D.,
OR an RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
Active and unrestricted license in the State of Arizona
2+ years of post-master's or RN experience in a related mental
health environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the
schedule
