Are you a recent or soon-to-be law school graduate looking to build a career in business immigration? Do you have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients navigate the U.S. visa process?We are seeking a Legal Case Manager to join our team! This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in immigration law, with full training and guidance provided. Successful candidates will have the opportunity for promotion to an attorney position upon passing the bar.Although this position is fully remote, candidates must reside in the state of Florida.Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal guidelines.
• Revise materials according to internal specifications and client feedback.
• Communicate with clients through our case management system, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
• Assist with reference letter projects and other documentation.
• Work under deadlines to ensure timely submission of client cases (occasional overtime may be required).
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
  • Strong English writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent client service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and strong time management skills.
  • Relevant internship or work experience is a plus.
  • Mandarin proficiency preferred but not required.What We Offer:
