Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to support
commercial transactions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial technology
agreements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage commercial matters
throughout the sales process
Advise and train Sales and Sales Operations on company policies and
deal processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
J.D. from a U.S. law school
Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in managing complex
commercial transactions
Proficiency in commercial laws, intellectual property, and
corporate compliance
Certifications in data privacy or information security is a
plus
