Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join their
remote team in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing for assigned non-union and some union
clients while providing high-level service
Review and calculate client timecards to ensure compliance with
federal, state, and union regulations
Compile and review payroll reports and invoices for client approval
and assist with payroll releases
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in payroll or production accounting
Knowledge of entertainment union contracts is a plus
Experience in the Film/TV industry is a plus
Ability to manage high-volume work with competing priorities under
pressure
Highly organized and accurate with a client-focused approach
