Customer Success Manager - Retail
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our team
and take ownership of one of our largest retail
partnerships-Walmart. This role will play a pivotal part in driving
the growth and success of our fashion brands within the Walmart
ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of
the apparel industry, strong retail relationships, and proven 360 -
sales experience on a national scale.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead account executive for Walmart, managing all
aspects of the relationship across multiple brands.
Drive comprehensive, full-cycle sales strategies from prospecting
to post-sale relationship management.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and projections
based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as finance,
merchandising, sourcing, and design to align sales strategies with
business goals.
Leverage Excel and Google Suite tools to analyze sales trends,
forecast performance, and generate actionable insights.
Develop retail strategies and planning initiatives to optimize
brand performance within Walmart and other discount retailers.
Identify new opportunities to grow sales and enhance brand
visibility across key retail partners.
Skillset / Experience: Strong apparel industry background - must
have hands-on experience in apparel (not shoes or accessories).
Established relationships and/or prior experience with Walmart.
Off-price retail experience with accounts such as Burlington, Ross,
TJX, Marshalls, etc.
Proven 360 - sales experience at a national level, with a strategic
approach from lead generation to ongoing account management.
Advanced Excel skills including pulling reports, pivot tables,
VLOOKUPs, and building sales forecasts and presentations.
Solid understanding of retail planning and operations.
Experience working cross-functionally with internal departments in
support of sales initiatives.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Nice to Have: Department store account experience
Prior experience working with Men's wear
Golf experience or a passion for golf.
