Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Produce Associate Team Leader to join our team at Whole Foods Market - Downtown Miami. As a key member of our store operations team, you will assist the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Store Layout and Product Merchandising
• Work with Team Leader to Achieve Sales, Purchasing, and Labor Targets
• Assist Team Leader in Analysis of Sales, Reports, and Labor
• Demonstrate Advanced Product Knowledge and Develop Awareness of New Products
• Maintain Good Vendor Relationships and Ensure Proper Paperwork Submission
• Resolve Team Concerns and Issues with Team Leader
• Function as Point Person and Departmental Person in Charge in Absence of Team Leader
• Set and Achieve Highest Standards of Retail Execution
• Foster Positive Team Environment and Encourage Outstanding Teamwork and MoraleRequirements and Qualifications
