* Providing high quality endodontic care, including treating diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting health and function of teeth
* Examining patients to determine endodontic and oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures
* Diagnosing and providing treatment counseling to patients in a comprehensive manner
* Educating patients on the benefits of proper oral and dental hygiene
* Assisting with leading and supervising office team members

**Educational Requirements:**

You must possess a strong work ethic, an outgoing and personable chair-side
manner and the desire to improve within the dental field. You must also be
flexible, open and positive.

Requirements include:

* DDS or DMD degree
* Current dental license in state of hire
* Must have a current certification specialty in endodontics
* Ability to travel overnight to training sessions once a month during your first year of employment
* Minimum 2 years clinical experience a plus, none required
