Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to
join our team in the Respiratory Unit at Broward Health Medical
Center. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for
providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients,
working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop
and implement individualized care plans.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recent
critical care experience, with a strong background in acute and
chronically ill patients requiring ventilator support. Trauma and
Neuro experience are also essential for this role.

Working Conditions
This is a night shift position, with every other weekend required.
You will be working in a high-acuity stepdown unit, with a 3:1 NP
ratio.
Preferred Experience
Preferable experience includes Charge RN, SICU, MICU, Trauma and
Stroke experience, as well as Cerner experience.

Please note that will not consider travel pairs for this
position.
