Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to deliver
cancer-aware primary care and support cancer screening and
prevention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient cancer risk and recommend evidence-based screening
plans
Provide education on cancer screening needs and develop care
plans
Deliver clinical care primarily through telehealth interactions and
manage patient follow-up care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus on Adult NP or Family
Practice NP
Valid state medical license in good standing, preferably with
Compact multiple state licenses
Nurse Practitioner Certificate and Registered Nurse License
Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience in an outpatient
primary care setting
Minimum of 2 years of telemedicine experience preferred
