Job Title: Manager of Medical Technology - LaboratoryJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Medical Technology to lead our laboratory team at a hospital in Homestead, Florida. As a Manager of Medical Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, including planning, directing, and implementing departmental policies.Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily activities of the laboratory team
• Develop and manage operational and capital budgets
• Formulate and implement departmental policies
• Develop and manage quality control and quality assurance programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Minimum five years' experience in laboratory with complete knowledge of medical technology theory and practice
  • Proficient in PC and LIS applicationsPreferred Qualifications:
    • MBA or other advanced healthcare management degree
