Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of FinTech, Product & Engineering
to lead product and engineering efforts within the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the vision and strategy for the FinTech product portfolio,
focusing on innovation and scaling
Lead and develop a cross-functional team of product managers and
engineers to ensure alignment on goals
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring
timely delivery and significant business impact
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in building and scaling FinTech products,
particularly in global payments and financial services
Understanding of embedded FinTech solutions within vertical SaaS
platforms
Strong background in product and/or engineering leadership in a
high-growth environment
Experience with global payments infrastructure and exposure to both
European and US markets
Track record of successfully leading large teams and navigating
complex organizational challenges
