Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of HR Operations to lead
People Operations strategies and initiatives globally.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compensation, benefits, compliance practices, and HR
technology systems
Align People Operations strategies with overall business objectives
and optimize processes
Manage global employment contracts and ensure compliance with labor
laws across regions
Required Qualifications
Ten+ years of experience in People Operations, with at least five
years in a senior leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
(preferred)
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
Experience in developing competitive compensation and benefits
programs
Proven track record in leading People Operations during
organizational growth and transformation
