Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Problem Manager responsible
for managing production incidents and improving incident response
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and improve the Incident Response Process for the
engineering team
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and document timelines and action
items for incidents
Analyze data to report on issue trends and inform future technology
strategies
Required Qualifications
Experience with information technology software and hardware
Familiarity with PagerDuty and Jira
Experience with Tableau and SQL preferred
Ability to develop procedural runbooks for Production Incident
resolutions
Proven ability to translate high-level objectives into tactical
tasks
