Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of in-house producers and editors while
managing external freelancers and agencies
Oversee end-to-end video production, from strategy development to
final delivery
Manage video production budgets and optimize expenses while
ensuring timely payments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in film, Video Production, or a related field
10+ years of experience in video production with a strong
portfolio
In-depth understanding of video production techniques, equipment,
and software
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Experience in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric
environment
