Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Motion
Planning ML.
Key Responsibilities:
Own delivery of motion planning modules that meet product
requirements and ensure safe vehicle trajectories
Design, implement, and integrate machine learning systems for
real-time on-vehicle behavior problems
Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure safe and well-tested
motion planning products
Required Qualifications:
Experience architecting, training, and deploying machine learning
models, particularly in behavior prediction
Knowledge of motion planning systems and real-time algorithms
Strong software engineering and algorithm design experience
Proficiency in C++ and Python
Familiarity with standard ML toolchains like PyTorch or
TensorFlow
