Job Description









Deposita, an Allied Universal Company, is hiring a Vice President, Finance. The Vice President of Finance directs the Deposita financial planning and accounting practices in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Responsible for ensuring that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meets Deposita's short- and long-term objections and evaluates performance against objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and direct the accounting and analysis, tax, treasury, shared services, and claims management
• Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends to Executive Management
• Appraise the Deposita financial position and issue periodic reports on the financial stability, liquidity, and growth of the business
• Protect the Deposita assets through the development and implementation of sound accounting policies
• Provide for adequate capital to meet current and future corporate needs
• Analyze studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's polices and operations
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization, i.e., evaluation of business partnering opportunities, acquisitions and/or mergers, and investments
• Management of Billing, Accounts Payable, Credit, and Accounts Receivable servicesQUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Masters' degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
    • Attainment or actively pursuing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
    • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a role of increasing responsibility in accounting and finance
    • Minimum of five (5) years of financial Shared Services management experience
    • Demonstrated leadership experience moving varied US and worldwide financial operations into a Shared Services delivery model
    • Prior experience in a management/supervisor role, preferably in a corporate finance setting
    • Experience effectively interacting with internal and external customers on financial-related issues
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage competing deadlines
    • Professional, articulate, and able to use excellent independent judgment and discretion
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Certified Internal Auditor (IA)
      • Mergers and Acquisitions experience
      • SAP experienceSALARY AND BENEFITS:
        • Base salary range: $175,000 to $200,000 + annual bonus opportunity
        • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance
        • Enrollment in our company's 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements
        • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
